These Terms govern use of styledyoursuccess.com and purchases, registrations, bookings, digital products and services offered by Style Your Success LLC. By using the site or purchasing an offer, you agree to these Terms and applicable offer-specific terms. If an executed client agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the executed agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Services and Eligibility
SYS provides image consulting, strategic style, communication and soft-skills training, personal-brand development, executive-presence services, workshops, organizational training and digital educational products. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Services for minors require appropriate authorization.
3. Bookings, Purchases and Payments
Prices, scope, inclusions, delivery dates, capacity and availability are stated on the relevant sales page, checkout, proposal or agreement. A booking is not confirmed until required payment, agreement and intake steps are complete and confirmation is issued. Third-party payment providers may process transactions.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, transfer and refund rules vary by offer and are stated in the applicable checkout information, event terms, proposal or client agreement. The Strategic Style Audit is also governed by its Client Agreement. Where an offer-specific policy conflicts with these general website Terms, the offer-specific policy controls to the extent permitted by law.
5. Professional Disclaimer and Results
SYS provides education, strategy, training and consulting, not legal, medical, psychological, tax, investment or financial advice. Career, leadership, visibility, confidence, revenue, promotion and hiring outcomes depend on factors outside SYS control. Examples and testimonials are not guarantees.
6. Intellectual Property
Website content, curricula, frameworks, assessments, workbooks, templates, graphics, recordings, event materials and digital products are owned by or licensed to SYS and protected by applicable law. Purchases grant only the limited use rights stated with the offer. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, distributed or used to create competing products without written permission.
